Dr. Deniz Yıldırım

A sustainability and ESG specialist with more than four years of experience and a PhD in political science and public administration. She has led sustainability reporting, ESG strategy and regulatory compliance projects for multinational companies under the GRI, TCFD, ISSB, TSRS and CSRD/ESRS frameworks, turning complex sustainability data and regulation into actionable recommendations.

At PwC Türkiye's Sustainability Platform and Government and Public Sector Consulting teams, she worked on the EU Green Deal, the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and EU ETS regulation, materiality assessments, monitoring and evaluation frameworks and strategic KPIs. She contributed to migration and social policy research for the World Bank, UN-ESCWA and Harvard University's FXB Center. She holds a PhD from Bilkent University and speaks English and French.
