Burcu Kiper

A project professional specialising in EU funding, international project development and research management. She has led the preparation, implementation, quality assurance and reporting processes of more than 25 projects under Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020, FP7, EIT and Erasmus+ programmes, and contributed to the development of over 100 research and education project proposals.

At VITA Lab, she works across the full arc from turning a project idea into a fundable structure to building international partnerships, and from application strategy to impact, dissemination and sustainability planning — helping technology-, policy- and education-focused ideas become projects with applicable, measurable impact.
